I can not believe that I actually made it. Day 365 of Project 365, my photo a day project. I honestly have no idea what I am going to do beginning tomorrow. Will I continue? Will I change it up a bit? I have no clue.
Since my first Project 365 photo was taken at dinner, I thought it only fitting that I end the year with a picture of tonight\’s dinner. I\’d rather have a burger. Happy New Year, everyone.
Sometimes, I get so involved in my work that I become oblivious to my surroundings. Like today, when I realized that I was shivering from being so cold. Luckily, I had Buddy here to act as a thermal blanket for my feet.
My photo of the day for day 364 is of Buddy after he got my feeling in my feet again.
I have lost a lot of weight this year. One might think that this is a good thing, but it is beginning to get expensive. I have a few thousand invested in suits and I am having to get each altered in order the wear them again. Since I have several functions to attend in the next couple of weeks, it was time for me to hit the garment district to visit my tailor and to accessorize.
My photo of the day for today is of one the outfits I put together for Las Vegas.
If you follow my adventures enough to be looking at these specific words, you probably picked up on the fact that I am a huge fan of Gu Gu Sushi & Roll, in Hermosa Beach, CA. I have introduced people from around the globe to this sushi goodness. No one has ever left disappointed. This can be attributed to a fantastic menu, the freshest ingredients, and two great chefs. I recently discovered that one of the two, Alex, has turned in his two weeks notice. He asked me to come in one last time before he left.
Two friends and I went there last night to say goodbye. Alex asked if I would let him present his own creations, and there was no way I would say no. It was a great decision. Alex made up a few \”Alex Specials\” and they were fantastic. My picture of the day for day 362 is of Alex and me. Enjoy your travels, my friend and I look forward to my next dining adventure with you.
I made the mistake of assuming that since a La Nina was the opposite of an El Nino, that this meant it would be a dry winter. I guess it has more to do with the temperature of the rain than the amount of it. I know one thing for sure, I have never worn out an umbrella before, but the one I have owned for the last year is never going to make it through this winter. My photo of the day was taken during my morning walk. One of the few nice mornings, lately.
Since GotBaddog.com is going to be covering more Internet marketing events, such as Affiliate Summit West 2011, I decided I would put up some photos from the Affiliate Bash held in Beverly Hills on December 3, 2009. Affiliate Bash was the private networking event that coincided with Affiliate Convention Los Angeles 2009. It was sponsored in part by GotWebHost.com and featured Shock G of Digital Underground.
[Not a valid template]2010 is rapidly drawing to a close and so is Project 365 for the year. While this project may have ended up being more of a task than a labor of love, it has made it possible for me to look back and see what I did this year. It has been fun packed.
My picture of the day is of Buddy and I having a serious discussion about our activities of the past year.
I have mentioned a couple of Christmas traditions I have in prior posts, but my favorite of all has to be my Christmas morning ride. As I am sure most of you are aware, the day after Thanksgiving starts the Christmas shopping season. This means one thing to me, lots of traffic. There are several large malls within a five mile perimeter so we get lots of traffic. I have lived in homes that were virtually impossible to get out of the driveway because of the amount of traffic. It makes owning a motorcycle pretty handy.
On Christmas morning the streets are virtually empty and the cops on duty seem to be a little more forgiving, so December 25 is officially my favorite day of the year to go for a ride. My photo of the day for Christmas 2010 is of my Limited parked in front of the Korean Freedom Bell which overlooks the Port of Los Angeles.
