Photos from the Marketers Ball, ad:tech San Francisco 2011

Tuesday evening had several parties slated to go along with ad:tech San Francisco. While I had great intentions, I ran out of time, so I decided to head over to what I guessed would be the largest of them all, The Marketers Ball. Sponsored by Friendfinder Networks and starring Too Short and Digital Underground, this party was truly off the hook. These photos of The Marketers Ball give a pretty good portrayal of the fun to be had. If you see your photo here and would like your name added to the caption, please register, then contact me. Photos from ad:tech’s Big Networking Bash

Tuesday, after the last keynote presentation, the exhibit hall closed and the educational sessions ended it was time to get down to some serious networking on the third floor. The Big Networking Bash included speakers, exhibitors and attendees as they all gathered for some talk and libations. These photos are from Tuesday at ad:tech’s Big Networking Bash. If you see your photo here and would like your name added to the caption, please register, then contact me. I will give you instructions on how to make that happen. This is free branding for you. Photos from ad:tech San Francisco

I attended ad:tech San Francisco again this year, and I have to say, I like where things seem to be headed. More on that later. Tuesday was the first day of the expo, and the sessions continued. There was also a press briefing where representatives from different companies were able to tell about new products, mergers and other news they wanted to get out. I actually enjoyed this event more than I thought I might. Very informative. If you see your photo here and would like your name added to the caption, please register, then contact me. I will give …

GotBaddog will be at ad:tech San Francisco 2011

Next week, the Internet Marketing event, ad:tech San Francisco 2011 will take place at the Moscone Center in the city of my birth, San Francisco, CA. I have talked with show organizers and have been given the green light to bring my camera in and cover the show. I have been coming to ad:tech since 2007, which I believe was in Chicago. The New York City show in 2008 was my first venture to NYC and I was very impressed with the size of the venue and the number of vendors/attendees. Soon after, the San Francisco show became even larger …

Photos from ad:techs past

Since GotBaddog.com will be attending and photographing the upcoming Internet marketing event, ad:tech San Francisco, I thought I would hunt down some photos from past Ad Techs I have attended. I have been attending ad:tech since 2007 at Chicago, New York City and San Francisco. Of course, back then I was using a point and shoot so the quality of the photos is not the greatest. This year’s photos will be a lot better, I promise. If you see your photo here and would like your name added to the caption, please register, then contact me. I will give you …

Photos from the Marketers Ball 2012 at 1015 Folsom, starring Too Short

After leaving ad:tech at the Moscone Center, I grabbed some dinner then headed over to 1015 Folsom for The Marketers Ball. The concert starred Too Short with a live band and included DJ YT Cracker, the Black Rock City Allstars and MASK featuring Money B. Sponsored by FriendFinder Networks and Infinite Traffic, promoter Darren Blatt’s many years of experience putting on these shows provided a very fun time for anyone that attended.

Photos from Tuesday at Ad Tech 2012 San Francisco

These photos were taken Tuesday at the digital marketing conference and expo, Ad:Tech 2012. Once again, the B2B conference and trade show was held at Moscone Center in San Francisco. I only had a few hours there so I did not get a chance to catch any keynotes to speak of, but it was good running into people that I have known over the years on the trade show circuit; and seeing what is new. While the standard exhibits of SEO/SEM service providers, ad networks and payment processors remain, there is a definite increase of exhibitors providing services in mobile …

These photos are from Tuesday and Wednesday at the 2011 Ad Tech San Francisco Exhibit Hall. If you see your photo here and would like your name added to the caption, please register, then contact me. Photos from the Ad Tech San Francisco sessions

I have attended several past ad:tech conferences over the years, but I am not sure that I have ever had time to attend the seminar presentations/seminars provided. This year I made the time. Since I do not recall attending past ad:tech seminars I am not really sure what the focus was in the past, but there is no question as to what the focus is in 2011. Mobile and social network marketing is definitely the wave of the future, if not already. These photos are from the sessions held Tuesday and Wednesday. If you see your photo here and would …

One of the highlights of ad:tech is the quality of speakers they provide for the keynote presentations. This year’s speakers included Antonio Lucio, Guy Kawasaki, Dr. Jeffrey Cole and Arianna Huffington. The keynote presentations were entertaining as well as informative.
