It seems like only yesterday, or last week, that I was complaining about how wet it was around here. Now, I am noticing several of my Facebook friends complaining about how hot it is. It is really easy to tell which of them have not lived here long enough to figure out that this is LA. This is the time of year that we shine, literally and figuratively.
