Photos from Tuesday at Ad Tech 2012 San Francisco

These photos were taken Tuesday at the digital marketing conference and expo, Ad:Tech 2012. Once again, the B2B conference and trade show was held at Moscone Center in San Francisco. I only had a few hours there so I did not get a chance to catch any keynotes to speak of, but it was good running into people that I have known over the years on the trade show circuit; and seeing what is new. While the standard exhibits of SEO/SEM service providers, ad networks and payment processors remain, there is a definite increase of exhibitors providing services in mobile …

Photos from Thursday at APPNation Conference

These photos are from Thursday at the APPNation Conference. Since I had to ride back to Los Angeles and traffic out of San Francisco is, in a word, horrific, so I decided to cut out a little early. These photos do include the morning keynote and panel sessions as well as some exhibit hall and sponsored workshop sessions. I had a great time at this mobile application marketing event and would like to thank everyone involved in making it an educational show. I hope to return. Photos from APPNation workshops

These photos are of the various workshops and the press briefing from Wednesday at the APPNation Conference. One thing that no one can argue, APPNation was non-stop. After the keynotes, interviews and panel discussions they broke for lunch. Well, I guess some people broke for lunch. For others, there were several sponsored lunch workshops. There was also a press briefing and then the workshops really started. For the next four hours there were three workshops every half hour or so. Topics were suited for mobile application developers as well as those that wanted to monetize apps in one way or …

APPNation Conference photos – Panel Sessions

These photos were taken at the various panel sessions held Wednesday at the APPNation Conference, SF. It is said that one picture is worth 1,000 words, but as I review these photos I am afraid that is not really the case. The best I can do is provide photos of the people, their names at times and some charts. A video would be required to truly convey the information provided at this mobile application marketing event. The theme of “Show Me the Money” was quite evident with the topics covered. Return To APPNation Panel Photos Return To APPNation Panel Photos

APPNation Conference expo photos

Along with the many workshops and panel sessions, which went on literally all day long, there was an exhibit hall. There were quite a few exhibitors with everything from new mobile applications looking to get discovered, to mobile app developers, to app stores, to Samsung and Yahoo. In my opinion, if you are thinking of getting into monetizing or developing mobile applications, there was something there for you. Back To APPNation Expo Photos Back To APPNation Expo Photos

Photos from APPNation Conference Keynotes, Day One

I got back from San Francisco, and the third APPNation Conference last night. Since I got so many photos, I am breaking the galleries up to a manageable size. These photos are from the Keynotes and opening remarks on Wednesday, day one of the APPNation Conference, San Francisco. Back To Keynote Speeches, Day One Back To Keynote Speeches, Day One

GotBaddog to attend APPNation Conference

Next week, April 27 and 28, 2011, APPNation Conference SF will be held at the Moscone Center South in San Francisco, CA. This two day mobile marketing event looks to be jam packed with seminars, demonstrations and workshops. My main problem with attending this event is trying to decide which seminars I want to attend over the others. There are 21 seminars on the 27th and another 16 on the 28th. That does not even include the keynote, sessions and workshops that take place before lunch. A look at the scheduled speakers includes people from Google Mobile, Appstore for Android, …

Photos from the Ad Tech San Francisco sessions

I have attended several past ad:tech conferences over the years, but I am not sure that I have ever had time to attend the seminar presentations/seminars provided. This year I made the time. Since I do not recall attending past ad:tech seminars I am not really sure what the focus was in the past, but there is no question as to what the focus is in 2011. Mobile and social network marketing is definitely the wave of the future, if not already. These photos are from the sessions held Tuesday and Wednesday. If you see your photo here and would …
