It seems like it has been a while since I was able to take my morning walk wearing a t-shirt. Day 50 of Project365 was one of those days. An added advantage is that shadows are much darker than they have been recently. Sadly, the weather did not last and by the time I got home, I was thinking a long sleeved shirt would have been more comfortable.
I think this global warming thing is being debunked. This seems like it has been the coldest and wettest fall and winter than I can remember. Well, except for the El Nino we had back in the early 90’s. Guess I should be thankful it isn’t raining that much. Buddy would have drowned by now. Day 49 of Project365 is a photo of Buddy and I as we finish up our morning walk.
Day 48 of Project365 started way too early. Combine that with a cold and dreary morning and it makes for a very long day. Since I do try to find a positive side, I was slammed with work as soon as I arose, so by the time I was able to take Buddy for his walk the sun did have some height to it. Unfortunately, it also had a very large cloud covering it.
I am sure glad this is a short month. Trying to use a shadow theme without much sunlight is making this a difficult task. I have had to resort to timing my morning walks for when there is a cloud break coming up. Sometimes, I do not even have time to get the camera out before the clouds eliminate whatever shadow I threw. My photo of the day for day 47 of Project365 was taken during a brief glimpse of sunlight.
I am not really sure what is going on. Granted, my internal clock knows when to go off, if something is happening the next day, but I had nothing happening until 9:30. Why the heck was I awake at 7:00 AM? That is just not right. My picture of the day for day 42 of Project365 is of me walking through the park, looking kind of tired.

This morning as I was walking through the park, I ran into my old friend, E.T. As you can tell by the photo, he is very thin these days and I should have combed my hair. My picture of the day for day 38 of Project365 is of E.T. and me as we walked through the park.
Today presented a bit of a challenge in taking my picture for Project365. It was wet and foggy when we started our morning walk, so it made sticking to the theme of this month a little tougher. Fortunately, by the time we reached the 3/4 mark, the sun started breaking through. My picture of the day for day 37 is of me walking through the park on a foggy morning.
At the end of last year, I decided that I wanted to mix it up a little on this Project365 photo a day deal. Last month, I actually made sure that my face was pictured in every photo. In the more than 13 months that I have been doing this, I have never had a month that every photo had my face in it. So, now it is February. This year is getting a slow start on my photo of the day project. It does not help that I have been out of town for at least half of the month. I will get this caught up today, if I can. My picture of the day for day 5 is of another cold morning walk. I have had enough of winter this year.
