Our Visit To Custer State Park, Sturgis and Spearfish

Today, Tanya and I spent a few hours cruising around Custer State Park. Neither of us had been there before, and thanks to a spontaneous turn and the input of a park ranger that noticed our cameras, we ventured far into the park. It was a wonderful decision as the photos will show. We took another detour north to Sturgis and Spearfish, as I wanted to show Tanya what it was that drove me to ride. I was amazed at what a ghost town Sturgis was in the off season. Kind of sad. As a gentleman stated earlier in the day, “it is all about the ride, right?” A dismal Stugis and a lousy meal in Spearfish could not take away from the smooth, winding I-90 as we headed out. I love that ride.
